January 21, 2013 - Continue To Use Warm Flow

While many are you are finding your warmth and comfort during the winter months, we realize that there are many other areas in your life that can use some stoking of the embers! It is too easy for humans during the winter months to become complacent and very lethargic.  Energy can often become slow and even blocked.  For this we recommend finding balance in continuing to use tools to allow energy to flow in you to help your immune system, your mental and emotional health, and also to assist in your detoxification of  your body.  Energy flow is important to ensure that you are continuing on your path of Divine light.  Each morning set your compass to point to your 'true north', which is your higher power, your divine self.  As you point and set your daily course in this direction you will find that life will tend to move more smoothly, you will have more energy, you will find gratitude and happiness in the 'small things'.  It's not about material wealth, property, and posterity.  Those are items and consequences of living a life in your true vein of power and truth.

Accomplish little things each day.  It doesn't have to be big.  Do not over load your system with 'Have-To-Dos'.  For these stop your energy flow when you feel that you have not accomplished all that you had set out for the day.  It's little steps that will take you up the mountain that you wish to climb and achieve.

At the moment think about the one thing that has brought you joy today.  As small as it may feel, it can delight the soul and help ignite even greater sparks of joy and happiness.  Did you put on fresh clean clothes today?  Did you get to take a warm bath? Did you get a hug from a child?  These are all ways that you can feel how the Divine is playing a large part in your life and is blessing you each day.

Finally sweet soul, take time to move your body. Exercise, play, run, whatever it may be for you.  This is important during these months to keep your energy flow moving.  Exercise delights your body.  Exercise creates a natural method for your lymph system to be activated and help to release toxins that may be building up due to the condition of the area you are living in, or even emotional stressors that may be effecting you.

It's easy to do small things each day.   You are joy.  Be joy.  Feel joy.  Exude joy.
