Feb. 25, 2011 - Teaching & Healing Through Example

"At this time, it is important for you to know that you are being a teacher to others through your example. There is much more change still happening all around you and throughout the world. Everyone has their own opinions of how things should be, as we are sure you do as well. Remember that life happens as it should. Troubles in the world can be dimmed with a shift in attitude, but it takes the work of many for that shift to be felt on a large-scale. We are here to tell you to start with YOU. As you create a sacred place in your heart, know that it will radiate out for others to feel and learn from. As you are around others that may carry burdens and darker emotional energies, know that you can shield yourself at anytime whilst still radiating your light and love to them; which provides a beautiful healing to occur. It is not necessary to have to take on others negativity in the name of helping them feel better. Listening, learning, and loving is a beautiful way to support those around you.

The fox comes forth with his energy to communicate that now is the time to adapt to the changes that are happening in your life. Be cautious of rigid thought or behavior patterns, for these will keep you stuck. Keeping your mind free of *cluttery* thoughts that are self-defeating will help you start to recognize new opportunities and answers that lay along your path.

Check in with yourself. You are all created with both male and female energies. We see that it is very easy for many of you to forget how to feed your female side (regardless if you are a male or female). This aspect of yourself is important as well. It provides you creativity, flow, and softness that introduces a beautiful balance in your life. Take time to move your body through dance, a walk out in nature, or perhaps an evening of self-care. Nurturing your female energy also opens you up to receiving the shifts and changes that are occurring with grace and flow.

Trust that all is changing for your benefit and as you keep yourself aligned with Divine source energy, you will feel the changes occur with ease. Today is a wonderful day to smile and recognize all that is."
