Feb. 25, 2011 - Teaching & Healing Through Example

"At this time, it is important for you to know that you are being a teacher to others through your example. There is much more change still happening all around you and throughout the world. Everyone has their own opinions of how things should be, as we are sure you do as well. Remember that life happens as it should. Troubles in the world can be dimmed with a shift in attitude, but it takes the work of many for that shift to be felt on a large-scale. We are here to tell you to start with YOU. As you create a sacred place in your heart, know that it will radiate out for others to feel and learn from. As you are around others that may carry burdens and darker emotional energies, know that you can shield yourself at anytime whilst still radiating your light and love to them; which provides a beautiful healing to occur. It is not necessary to have to take on others negativity in the name of helping them feel better. Listening, learning, and loving is a beautiful way to support those around you.

The fox comes forth with his energy to communicate that now is the time to adapt to the changes that are happening in your life. Be cautious of rigid thought or behavior patterns, for these will keep you stuck. Keeping your mind free of *cluttery* thoughts that are self-defeating will help you start to recognize new opportunities and answers that lay along your path.

Check in with yourself. You are all created with both male and female energies. We see that it is very easy for many of you to forget how to feed your female side (regardless if you are a male or female). This aspect of yourself is important as well. It provides you creativity, flow, and softness that introduces a beautiful balance in your life. Take time to move your body through dance, a walk out in nature, or perhaps an evening of self-care. Nurturing your female energy also opens you up to receiving the shifts and changes that are occurring with grace and flow.

Trust that all is changing for your benefit and as you keep yourself aligned with Divine source energy, you will feel the changes occur with ease. Today is a wonderful day to smile and recognize all that is."

"At this time, we ask for you to look around and notice those that cause you disruption and "pain". Do you know who we speak of? It is common to have people around you that will annoy and push your buttons. This is part of the experience, you see. It is part of learning and growing. But remember, just as you learn and grow, so do they. Please realize that those that may offend or have offended you in the past have been on their own journeys and may have grown past their hurdles and challenges. It is good to remember to see people for who they are now and today. When you look at their present day selves and only allow their past to show through, it diminishes the opportunity for the two of you to grow and heal. It is wise to always create a sacred space between two people so that discussions can occur in a safe and non-judgmental environment. When judgment creeps into your communications, it can destroy a beautiful opportunity to understand and become more than you already are.

As the spiritual law of attraction dictates, like attracts like. You are like a magnet that draws certain people and situations into your space. This could be because you are accustomed to being treated a certain way. It could be that you do not know another way of being. Whatever your situation may be, we ask that you stop and look deep inside yourselves at this time and see where you are not being true to yourself. Are you potentially turning your back on yourself and putting others ahead of your own emotional and physical needs? Dear ones, this does not create a peaceful place for growth and happiness. It only cultivates more pain and continues patterns that are not healthy for you or the others around you. It is time for you to take charge and know that YOU are important and deserve happiness, respect, and trust; as do all of God's children.

You can find the answer that is right for you by taking a moment in your busy life to connect with the Divine. Ask us, God, Christ, or whomever you feel safe asking, for assistance in knowing the path that will lead you back to balance and light. We are all part of Divinity and come with love. Practice meditation daily. You need not formal training. It is simply sitting in silence and allowing yourself to clear your thoughts, mind, and burdens. When you carry so many things around, it can create a static/noise which can make it difficult to hear answers.

We also suggest starting to feed your soul with spiritual food. This will allow you to learn more about yourself and provide you tools which can assist you as you travel along your path. Start by searching out classes, books, and other resources that you feel drawn to. If you feel peace when you contemplate one of these, know that this is confirmation that it is a viable tool for you at this time.

Remember to see the Divine light in everyone. You are all born into this existence pure. You all possess Divine light inside of you. See this light not only in yourself, but in others that you come in contact with. As you see their light, you will notice a shift in your interactions and experiences. It is beautiful to watch!

Feb. 16, 2011 - Seeing Your Self Worth is Key To Manifesting Your Desires

I have been practicing manifestation for a while now and love seeing the magic or miracles that can occur from doing this. However, today the angels and guides and especially Mother Mary have taught me such a great lesson on manifestation. Not only do we manifest more quickly when we're aligned with our Higher Selves (being "in the zone" is what I like to call it), but a lot of that is based on really loving and accepting ourselves. I've noticed doing anything but this creates unwanted blocks in my life and things then don't go so well; especially when I'm trying to manifest certain 'important things'. I am grateful today for the many reminders and 'ah-ha' moments I had while reading today's message. Take some time today to appreciate YOURSELF and celebrate YOU! Blessings!

"This is a time to recognize the value that you have within yourselves. It is appropriate to say that you all have perfection inside of you. You are all perfect in your own way. For you to see each other and judge the non-perfection is perfect for a human! As you become more aware of your human-ness allow yourself to forgive yourself. Especially when you have found times that you have been not so perfect.

It is the experience you are here for. Granted some of you may have chosen some choppy paths to take because you like a good challenge! There is nothing wrong with that, nor are you being "punished". Realize it is the path that you have selected to take for your own purpose and learning. It is doable and at this time we ask that you remember that you are not alone in this path. You are walking along the path with many of us by your side. In fact many more than you realize. You may ask for even more and more to join and assist you at this or any time. There is no limit! Ask for legions to come by your side and walk the path and assist, as you need and see fit. We are here and ready to help. We support you in the meantime with love and compassion. We are your biggest cheerleaders and relish in the days that you see your true worth and are able to stand in your own power. We lift your your spirits when you forget this and we work to bring thoughts into your mind that will help you remember and see the light inside of you.

Your light allows others to see their light...do you see? Do you notice that it is like a virus that spreads. Both good feelings and not so good feelings are capable of being passed around and received by others. Remember that others are connected to you, and you to them, so by doing your part in staying in your light and remembering you're worth and value is so important to everyone!

Mother Mary comes forward on this day to assist you and help heal your heart. For there is a lot of pain in the hearts of those that walk the Earth today. She was provided the blessing of many miracles in her life. And today is here to share with you the truth that miracles are real and are ready to happen for you. Surrender yourself to find the miracles in your life. Start by realizing and seeing the power that exists within you. Nothing is impossible!

As you allow yourself to see your wonder and splendor, know that this opens a gateway to manifest your dreams and desires. Yes you can call these miaracles too! We see that much self worth is put on the ability to generate monetary gain. Please take caution in putting so much weight on this, for your life will ebb and flow as Universal law dictates. When contraction occurs in your life, be ready to see it as a new era and chapter in your life as opposed to allowing it to depress and oppress you. It is a time to regroup, rest and ground yourself for the expansion will soon follow.

Feb. 14, 2011 - Nurturing and Giving Birth To Change

Today's message discusses the use of a "God Box". God Boxes are spiritual tools that are used to help provide comfort and answers to your desires and concerns. You can designate any box as your God Box (it is simply your intent). But it is recommended that you select a container that evokes a sense of divinity and majesty. For instance, a royal purple box or one that is decorated with jewels or crystals may speak to you. To use the box, simply write your desires and concerns on a slip of paper and give it to your God Box and allow the answers to flow to you. Simple but powerful.

"You are embarking on a new chapter in your life. Many things will appear the same, however, notice how the shift happens so quickly and smoothly for you. It all comes at a time when you are needing to reach out and experience those things that will bring you to a place of growth and surrender. When one hears this, they can become fearful and start to resist. There is no need to fear, because growth can happen in times of joyous moments as well! We ask that you write your concerns and fears on a piece of paper. This can be as simple or as lengthy as you'd like. Afterward, release it to heaven either through your God Box or by burning it. As you release these blocks of fear and doubt, you will see your new ideas spring forth into action.

There are indeed many ascended masters around that are able and willing to assist. All that is needed is your desire to have them do so. Some of you may feel a deep connection to Jesus, Quan Yin, Moses, Mother Mary, Ganesh, or the saints. Call on those ascended masters that first pop into your mind. You do not have to be religious to receive assistance from an ascended master. They all serve from love. See your heart connecting to theirs and theirs to yours. A beautiful bond is made when this is done and you can receive answers more swiftly and clearly.

"Dear loved ones, as you understand yourselves to be human, you are also are of Divine nature. This is an aspect that many tend to forget. Divinity is not outside of you. It is part of you. You are part of a greater whole than you can imagine. As you move through this year, start to notice the mysteries start to unfold for you. Become more aware of the questions in your mind and your heart. You wonder these thoughts for a very good reason.....it is you remembering what you have known for a very very long time! Your Earth experience is a quest for growth and understanding. It is similar to a school or a very intensive workshop. However, there is no "test". It is just learning and growing and being. In this experience you are able to ask for assistance and you receive it. In this experience you are learning the art of being humble and powerful all at the same time. Isn't it wonderful!?

We do see that as this year continues to unfold, there will be wonderful "openings" that will start to shatter the old way of being. The Indigo children are starting to feel their sense of purpose, but it may still be a bit unclear for them as to how to apply their skills and abilities. If you are an Indigo or are a parent of an Indigo, we implore you to learn more so that you can become better prepared to join in the shift that is occurring all around. The Indigo's fierce desire to bring about change is what will bring peace to this Earth. It is a wonderful time to experience this and be a part of it!

Use your beautiful gifts of clairvoyance to assist you along your path. Ask for answers and see the answer in your mind's eye. As you practice, you will notice the speed in which your answers will start to come. Finally continue to visualize the path that you wish for yourself. You are a co-creator in this experience and get to craft what your path looks like. Becoming aware of this allows you to become more consciously involved in this process.

Feb. 4, 2011 - Being a True Friend

As I read today's message from the angels, it reminds me of the wonderful friends that I have that have supported me through my journey. Friendships are such a gift and I am truly grateful for the friends and loved ones in my life. My hope is that I can be as wonderful a friend to them as they have been to me. Here's to honoring our unique individual paths and loving and supporting each other along the way!

"My dear one, you do take on so much in your life and for so many around you. It is time to take a break and reassess your relationships to see if they are healthy and are serving you and others.

Understand that a true friendship is one where you honor each others boundaries and find ways to help boost each other up. We have noticed that there are times where you allow others to deplete you of your energies to the point that they start to effect you negatively. One reason for this, is that you may carry empathic characteristics. This can make it is easy for you to soak up someone else's 'stuff' - as if you were a super absorbent sponge! Please remember, being a truly wonderful friend does not require you to have to carry someone else's burdens and negativity. What it does mean is that you understand that their issues are their own and you can send loving healing words and energy to them. Prayer is a great way to send loving energy from the Divine to those that you care about and love. It is not YOUR job to create the answers and solutions for them. You would be robbing them of their growth and learning experience. Having compassion is certainly key and honoring their path is also just as important. As you find yourself in these situations and feel your energy being depleted, picture a protective bubble around you that deflects negative energy and keeps your own energy intact. As one that has empathic abilities, this does require practice. So do not get discouraged and continue to work at it. You will see that you can be a greater friend/partner and still keep yourself intact.

Remember to honor yourself.....for that is your first priority.....to be true to yourself and love yourself enough to care for your personal well-being. If you are finding yourself in stressful situations, ask for assistance, we are here to assist and can help provide ideas and lead you to the answers that you seek. At this time, we can see that exercise will provide you the best stress relief. The type of exercise does not matter.....do what you enjoy. We know that your schedule can be demanding and it may not be the first thing that you desire to do. However, we can see that it will benefit your physical, mental, and emotional health at this time and you will feel so much better afterwards. Infact, it provides a way for you to energetically clear yourself and your mind to receive those "aha" moments that are so fun to experience! You will find the exercise will create more energy in you and will start to enhance your ability to work through the challenges of the day.

Feb. 3, 2011 - Transformation is Springing Forth

I love today's message since I can feel the energy of Spring just around the corner! The message today involves the energy of the goddesses Aphrodite and Butterfly Maiden as well as the energies of the Owl and Hawk. Aphrodite is the Greek goddess of passion and love, who's associated with the planet Venus. Butterfly Maiden is a Hopi Native American kachina (spirit) who ensures that crops yield healthy and bountiful harvests. She's a springtime goddess who helps us escape from any cocoon situation that's trapping us or impeding our growth or joy.

"There is much change springing forth and at this time it is important to keep our male and female energies balanced. Whether you are a male or female, you possess both types of energy. Notice if your female energy has been put aside. Where is your softer side? How are you dressing? May we suggest wearing something that makes you feel beautiful. Yes even men can feel this inner beauty. Finding ways to connect with the female energy at this point will not only balance you, but also unleash a creative aspect in you that will guide you through the transformation that is in front of you.

On this day, Owl and Hawk energy is very strong. The owl energy provides you the ability to see in the dark and see those things that may not be obvious to you. Stop and look for ways where you or someone else may not be completely honest. The owl assists us in finding truth in the darkest places of ourselves. Allow yourself to see it and go after it with the assistance of the hawk energy. The hawk is not only very good at spotting but also can be laser focused in what it is hunting. Be open to signs from nature, from conversations, even literal writings "on the wall" that may give you the answer(s) that you have been searching for.

Things will start to make more sense as you keep yourself opened and proceed forward -- remember asking for assistance is never out of the question and makes your path much more smoother!

Finally, as you are moving into this transformation, allow yourself to be the novice. You don't have to know EVERYTHING. Remember the owl is there to keep you honest with yourself and others. Be truthful if you do not understand and need assistance from others. It is ok to be child-like (as opposed to child-ish) and experience the newness of a new opportunity. Remember when you were a child and you saw the magic in all things? Keep seeing the magic, because it is indeed all around you!

Feb. 1, 2011 - It Is Time To Share Your Gifts and Knowledge

Today the angels are reminding us that the world is still as crazy as it was 2000 yrs ago. The difference with today versus back then is that the world is now in a position to learn much more and is open to receiving information and knowledge.

Each of you reading this post today has truth in you that your angels and the Divine are encouraging you to share with others. It can be scary to start to share your inner knowings for fear that others may look down upon you, judge you, think you're "weird", or even may no longer accept you. That fear is what keeps this world paralyzed and makes it difficult for progression to take place. In the meantime, low vibrating energies of fear, anger, resentment, and distrust run rampant and spread like a virus throughout the world; creating experiences that keep feeding this negative cycle. The message today is a great reminder to myself (and hopefully to you) that it is safe to stand in our power and have courage to share what is within us so that it may assist and benefit others on their life's path and journey.

"What is needed today is the word of love to spread. This is within all of you. However, many of you are very frightened about the idea of sharing this. It is understandable. Do you see that when you open yourself up, you teach others around you that it is safe and they too follow suit? It may not be immediate, but you will see a difference in those around you....we promise.

At this time, it is very important to share your knowledge of spiritual matters, without judgement for those that you are sharing it with. See that your knowledge will be accepted in their way and it will touch other's lives as it is intended for their good. Your life is your own and their life is their own. But we/you are all connected in a a greater cosmic way than you can imagine. For example, if your arm were hurt, would you not care and tend to it? Well, look at your other "brothers and sisters" around you as appendages of YOU. As Christ said, "Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me." Yes WE are all connected!

Please ask us to assist you in having courage to step into your role as a spiritual teacher to those that may be ready to receive. Your religious denomination and beliefs are not what is important here. Please do not get hung up on this point. But rather see that the underlying purpose is to share love and peace with each other. This will provide a beautiful experience in which their spiritual gifts and knowledge can become open as well.

Your love can feed so many and rest assured there is an endless supply available to all of you!
